My thoughts at Champlin Net Company this scorching day-

This summer seems like it is going to be a hot one!  Our fishermen are having to pay close attention to the tackle they are putting out to prevent the fish dying in the nets, so it is stressful on fish and fishermen alike.  Yall hang in there, though, because fall is coming before you know it!  We are trying to get our stock of ready-made tie down nets built up, so they can be ordered, while we are also working on custom nets for our customers that want specific combinations of products that work best for their needs.  It seems like there is no one "size fits all" product, so we try to please everyone, and make just what they want.  We welcome the feedback from our customers, and try to take their words to heart, and adjust the things we can.  It is our slack time of year for sales, but one of our busiest for production, while we can work on these projects and get ready for the fall.  Good things are coming, that's for sure.  People are becoming more health conscious and fish is being eaten more, so we are planning finishing out the year strong and having all our nets stocked and ready to fish.
